Aidan joined Compass in 2018 having previously worked alongside Daniel at Hollis. Aidan oversees the Project Management arm of the business and has experience delivering projects across all sectors.
Outside of work Aidan enjoys socialising, DIY, keeping fit, walking the family dog and watching sport. His long-suffering following of Leeds United was rewarded in 2020 with promotion back to the Premier League.

Compass was founded by Daniel in 2017 following 10 years’ experience at a multi-disciplinary national building consultancy where he held a senior position. Daniel has wide-ranging experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor and specialises in dilapidations and technical due diligence.
Whilst overseeing and developing a modern and forward-thinking building consultancy consumes the lion's share of his time, outside of work Daniel enjoys unwinding on the golf course, socialising, watching sport and walking his two Labradors in the glorious North Yorkshire countryside.

Joe joined the Compass team in 2022 from a national building consultancy, bringing a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise in Project Management, Contract Administration and Technical Due Diligence. Joe’s experience, alongside exceptionally high standards of client care, has significantly bolstered the project team at Compass.
Outside of work Joe enjoys playing golf, countryside walks with his dog, and running. He is also a keen chef and enjoys sampling the culinary delights of Yorkshires finest restaurants.

Sarah is fundamental to the smooth running of the business. Standards, HR, regulation and compliance are pivotal to our operation and Sarah is responsible for developing and implementing procedures and quality controls. Sarah is also responsible for our marketing and business development strategies which tie to our desire for organic and sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Sarah aims to maintain standards at home too! With 3 kids, 1 dog and a husband to manage, something has got to give. Sarah enjoys socialising, family life and outdoor pursuits.
