Compass were instructed to provide a defect inspection and Survey Report on a perimeter boundary wall structure in Hessle, East Yorkshire. The inspection revealed several boundary wall defects which the Landlord had to address to improve the structural stability and safety of the walls.

We highlighted the key concerns and defects with the walls followed with a detailed repair schedule. As the walls were part of a listed building complex, we also provided advice on requirements for appropriate and in keeping repair solutions as required.
